At this point of my life, I'm still in the process of searching for the perfect skin regimen that I could keep for a long time. I've tried several brands for the past years and it seemed like my skin has this hobby of rejecting them. Knowing that Kiehls has been there for more than a century, it made me curious about what kept them in the industry for such time.
During the #SuperSkinSesh, I have learned that the brand started 163 years ago as a pharmaceutical store in New York that sells herbal remedies, essential oils, over the-counter drugs, and the first Kiehl’s brand products. Their customers then, noticed how effective their skin and hair products are, suggested to make it their main product.
I also had my skin tested by the the pros and the result is normal! Although I still need to take care of it from the weather and UV rays because this city is not a joke. Haha.

Until now, Kiehls kept their reputation as an effective brand in line with their well-educated customer representatives. Their early traditions in dispensing advice on prescriptions to its customers, its staff today continues to “prescribe” a personal care regimen that is most appropriate for the individual’s skin, hair, and body care needs.
The interiors of every store shows the vibe of New York including the brick walls, chandeliers, motorcycles, wall decors and such. By the way, their very first store still stands in the same spot where it is 163 years ago!

After the free skin consultation by the KCR (Kiehls Customer Representative), they recommended me the top three products that fits my lifestyle, Ultra Facial Cream, their sunscreen and Clearly Corrective Dark Spost Solution that I really need for the stubborn spots that some breakouts left me. Can't wait to try them and share my experience soon!
Another thing that I learned from Kiehls is that their products are simple effective, that's all. You can notice that their packaging are plain and simple stating only the description and ingredients because effectiveness is their only sellout. 100%.
