Kuta is one of the most crowded places in the island of Bali, not only it is filled with people but it also never runs out with cafes and restaurants. I've stayed in this area few months back and I must say that this area is the most accessible. The modern hotel consists of 149 rooms that are infused with rustic charm right in the heart of Legian, it's also waling distance to Kuta beach.
Ave and I stayed in a 32 sqm-Deluxe room that has twin beds (those beds makes us hard to get up every morning for breakfast!!) and pool view.
I'm also very particular with bathrooms and this one has complete toiletries and huge bad towels.
Our room is equipped with 42" LCD TV and relaxing lazy sofa.
Now moving on to my favorite part... Rustik Bistro. This restaurant is located in Harper Hotel serving various dishes from Italian, American, Indonesian and a lot more!

All in all, I highly recommend Harper Hotel not only because they have Rustk Bistro but it's also located near the best places in the island.
