My Goal Body For 2013

So this is my thinspiration... But I'm already thin so it's more like abspiration. Lol. I just want to have abs and super flat belly for summer that's all! Like this one:


Candice Swanepoel is too hot!!! I want her belly :((

Here's a peek in case you still don't know anything about this app. (I'm not an endorser ha! But I'm just really into this app and I know that it really helps. promise)

I downloaded this yoga and fitness pal app. You can also go and check them out ;) So after 2 weeks of using the Nike Training App, here's the result (for now). I actually have this beer-belly belly before and I'm glad that it's gone now. 


Just sharing with ya'll one of my 2013 goals. I  also have my health plan, no softdrinks/soda and too much processed food. More veggies and fruits!! So how's your health plan this year? Xx
