I'm biased when it comes to wearing colorful outfits because I don't know how to pull it off. But this time, I learned that whenever you wear something that's full of colors, apply the art of balancing shades. You know that if your outfit hurts your eyes, double it, that's how others see it. Just like how I wore my ultra-colored dress with my purse and black heels. My upper part is bright while my shoes is in monochromatic tone.
