Last Friday, October 26, 2012. I attended the Press Conference of Human at Makati Shangri La for their newest and hottest endorsers Kylie Jenner and Rob Kardashian! It’s true what they say about the Kardashians. They have taken over the world but not quite in the little town of Manila. Or so we think.

As we enter into the last quarter of the year, Human, Manila’s stylish and modern retail brand of the youth, welcomes two of America’s royal siblings: Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner who will be attending and participating the Philippine Fashion Week Human segment. Rob who’s only at the quarter of his life and Kylie who’s only 15 years old fit very well with the Human DNA: young and stylish. At such a young age, they already gained fame not just for their family name but also because of their own individuality, especially when it comes to style, which separates them from the rest of the Kardashians and the Jenners—a value the brand is also known for. For their launch, Human channels the fashion sense of the Japanese pop culture. Expect a lot of colors, a lot of layers, and a lot of texture when it comes to the fashion, the experience and the overall feel of the show. On the contrary, Human Black will have a mix of black and white optical-lined backdrop during its segment. Set at the Mall of Asia Atrium, the venue will have the J-pop feel with colorful blocks, lighting and props to fill the stage. Other than this, the two will be the newest endorsers for Human genes.

Rob Kardashian is the cute-turned-hunk younger brother of stylish socialites Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and older half-brother of Kendall and Kylie Jenner. He has become a celebrity in his own right appearing in the Kardashian’s famous reality show about their family “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and “Dancing with the Stars” where he wowed the audience with his charm and skills. Rob’s latest project is the creation of Arthur George, a new high endsock line coming to stores in early November 2012. On the other hand, Kylie, like the rest of her family, is a personality herself, sharing the reality show with her parents and siblings. She broke out into the limelight with her acting/model debut for Sears in a national television commercial and is currently pursuing a modeling career with photo shoots with OK! Magazine and Teen Vogue. Kylie has also walked the runways of NYC Fashion Week and was recently honored by the Hollywood Style Awards as “Most Stylish Sisters” along with her older sibling Kendall this year. Other than that, Kylie and her sister have just been named “West Coast Fashion Contributors” for Seventeen Magazine. Her endorsements deals are growing, from OPI nail polish to Venus Gillette razors, and now Human.
